Activate Account

Customers that opened a new account at keyonline.co.uk will be able to activate their account the following business day. This is because any new account records are updated onto the Key Rewards database the following business day.


Once you activate your account, your login details will be emailed to you. The account can only be activated once.

Please enter your First Name, Surname and your Email Address as you registered them on the key website to activate your account. An email will be sent to your email address with all the relevant details.
